A really nice beach, well maintained. A large variety of beach front stores and food. Definitely a nice place to spend a day
Beach 1,2,3 are great. The beach gets less busy the higher the number. For volleyball at beach #2 bring your own net to tie to the poles. Parking is around $15 for the day. Water was clean. Beaches are supervised by park rangers.
Parking is too expensive. Wasaga is nice though but I prefer Sauble Beach. Area 2 is quieter than 1 so its good for families.
Nice alternative to main beach. Much more quiet and kid friendly but still a short walk to the main strip and all the shops and restaurants. $20 for parking which is transferrable between all the provincial park beaches on the same day. If you don't like this one you can try another.
This was my first time going to Wasaga beach. Was kind of over crowded; it was civic holiday long weekend. The beach is clean, water so blue and kids loved being there. The only thing I didn't like there were no trash bins around! It seems they expect people to take their trash with them! I don't think it makes sense to travel 2 hours with your trash!
