I've been a client of My Computer Store in Wasaga Beach for quite a few years and have nothing but praise - they are friendly and go out of their way to help their customers and their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend them.
200$ for a hard reset of my Mom's computer, I could've done the same thing in 20 min.
I've had work done to a couple of computers on a number of occasions, and I'm always surprised at how little they charged me (sometimes nothing!) Very honest, and the service is fast, with phone calls to keep you updated on the progress. Recommend highly!
Always does whatever she can to help me. If she does not have all the answers, she finds them for me. Does not try to sell me things I do not need. I find her honest and accommodating.
This rating is for the Collingwood store. Never open when suppose to be. Took a few computers here for repair and installation of software. Never ready when quoted. Arranged to bring in laptop for repair, was told hours of operation of course they weren't open. Thank goodness for the Wasaga Beach store as they are a five star rating.
