My experience was A1 . The units were immaculate and accessible at all times with knowledgeable helpful staff. I highly recommend them.
This place is absolutely horrible for their customer service.I have been calling them for over 2 weeks to advise them I would be moving out of my unit and not one call has been returned.I have now found out by calling the new reservation line that they have noticed I have moved out and rented my unit to someone else and yet I still have paid for the unit until October 12! Not one person will answer my call, or inquiry about prorating the month in which I only had my items in the unit for 6 days out 28 that you pay for.To save yourself a headache I would recommend that you not use this site to store your belongings!
Customer service does not exist at the storage zone. I have called and left message after message with the regional manager and he will not return my calls. I have sent emails with no reply. I have since read so many bad reviews maybe its time to get marketplace involved. Word of mouth goes along way. I do not recommend this company at all.Spoke with the regional manager today ,Dan, about the discrepancy in how much I was paying for a unit and the going rate today. Wait till you hear his response: he can charge whatever he feels on any given day. Its like booking a seat on the airlines. Some people get a better deal than others! Oh and he doesnt care how many customers he loses. Very arrogant. Good luck Dan in the business world.....one customer at a time. Please dont rent from this place. Storage Zone Wasaga Beach.
Excellent service and I'm impressed with the facilities. Thanks so much for ccming in after hours and during your family time when we showed up after hours with our moving truck. I highly recommend this company.
A great place to store good things. Units are high, dry, spacious and secure. Lot's of acces room at each unit. Very obliging staff, and as a first time user, I got a great discount.
