Worst post office ever! They hire people who are physically blind and cannot physically see the address on your mail, so you will not get your mail - your neighbour will get your mail. You will then call the Wasaga Beach Canada Post Office branch and they will tell you everything they possibly CAN'T do for you. The girl on the counter will give you a fake name so she can't be held accountable. It's an education on how little people care about their jobs you will learn fast. What you CAN DO is sue them personally as agents of a company. Don't sue Canada Post, sue the employees personally for negligence if your mail goes missing. They aren't aware that they can be sued as individuals until they receive papers from a lawyer...then they will get a crash course in the law.

I called to check if my order was in because i did not receive a notice that my package has arrived, I found out it has arrived and was given the go ahead to come pick it up. Upon arrival I was told that I was not able to pick up my package because I didn't have proper id. ( photo id along with proof of address ) and I was told I cannot pick it up unless the owner of the address was with me. Wasted my time and money. service is half assed and it seems that they don't even care.
Wasaga Beach Post is horrible. Ive lived Here for three years and have never received bills and now I dont receive my packages that Ive ordered. I call nobody answers leave a message nobody calls back Ive even been accused of stealing my own mail. Who do we speak do to fix this ?
