By far the best experience I have had in any type of hotel/ motel Ive been in. This was the first motel Ive been in and I can honestly say that this place is well worth the money... they have the friendliest staff you will ever meet, makes you feel at home, and most importantly makes you feel like family. The rooms are cosy and also have a working AC which made the stay even better!! Would completely come back here again!!
Safe area, a little far from the village. They have a cool hangout area in the front with barbecues and lots of seating. The room was small which is fine, the closet was closed off by one of the beds in the room so it was awkward to use. The bathroom was small but oddly long. Not a lot of room near the toilet even for small people. The air conditioning was in the bathroom so it took awhile to cool off the actual room. Theres a TV with cable which was convenient. Very friendly owners. Just a bit far especially if you want to cab to the village because though its 20 minutes away there was no Ubers on a Friday night and the only available cab was around $60 one way.
Amazing hospitality at the Wasaga Motel inn! We had a comfortable stay- clean and comfy! Mario helped us set up a bonfire at night, which was a great way to end the night. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Definitely the most accommodating stay I've ever had at a motel.The service here is unlike anywhere else; the owners did everything and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even making sure we returned safely after a night of partying.The rooms are clean and cozy with everything you will need, and the motel itself is in a quiet area with plenty of room out front to just hang out or even have your own barbecue.Highly recommended to anyone coming to enjoy Wasaga Beach and all its' amenities.A huge thanks to the owners and everything they did for us!
Actually shocked by the overwhelmingly incredible reviews for this place! ?? First off, its in the middle of no where. An Uber one way into Blue Mountain will run you at least $30-$40, or $20 one way to the main strip of Wasaga Beach. The bed mattress feels like its 40 years old, lumpy and sags in the middle - any time my fiance or I would turn over in the middle of the night, the whole bed would squeak enough to wake up the next room. Not a fan of the colorful quilts and the sheets were so coarse. Also despite no smoking signs, everything in the room smelt of old cigarettes and moth balls. Worst two sleeps of my life! At very least, the bathroom looks fairly recently renovated (therefore clean) so that was a nice perk and the TV had cable which was so surprising given the state of the rest of the room looked like it was from the 80s. So a no for me.
