This place has a nice and friendly owner that I had a good chat with him. I managed to find decent prices on video games.
Rude people , gross environment

Scam artists. Take your goods to kijiji or the next town over. Went and bought an iPod touch back when they had 2 locations. Upon taking it home it was apparent it had an activation lock.. first sign of bad business. I asked them about it multiple times, asked if they could remove the activation lock. Basically no help was given and they never got back to me voluntarily, I had to hassle them over the course of weeks. Ended up being able to return it. Took it in and returned it, employee assured me with a chuckle they had my $120 credit on file and they weren't going anywhere anytime soon. 2 months later that location closed. So I went into their other and now only location inquiring about my credit. Apparently they lost all of their backup data when they closed down, leaving me and I'm sure multiple other people SOL. And to top it all off the employee I went in and asked about it was extremely rude and couldn't offer more than an inconclusive shrug about where my money went. Worst customer service I've ever gotten. Pretty brutal for my first (and last) experience with them. Do not take your busines here under any circumstances
Rude and ignorant staff (the one and only employee). The owner is polite and friendly. But the "STAFF" is rude. Myself and others will now never step foot in this hock shop again while that "staff member " is working.
