If I could give 10 stars I would. I cannot say enough about the service I receive from this Canadian tire. Manger Brad Cox and John from service in particular.

The Managers of this place need replaced immediately. How the owner does not see this I do not know. The staff is always very nice and extremely helpful, but the managers drag this place down. They give you dirty looks, scowl at you and give you a hard time over returns when they know Canadian Tire is buying from China and most of their products barely last a month. Usually stores have the opposite problem of this store...where the staff is lacking. It's an organizational disaster. If you want to see something funny, order something online and watch the disorganization happen!Edit: Be aware that if you order something online they are filling online orders with previously opened products. Do as I have done and report them to Canadian Tire Corporate Head Office.
I was pleasantly surprised that it was pet friendly. I was able to walk around Canadian Tire with my dog while my parents were in super store. They also gave my dog treat at the check out counter. Super friendly staff!
The gentleman that came to help knew nothing about the product in his section, couldn't answer many things...and then went to get the manger as he thought she 'might know something' ...and I was left standing there for a while only to find that gentleman putting stuff away as I walked out without buy the product. On the other side of the story this lady helped me even though I gave a horrific description of the product I need and we had to go to three different rows to find it...such a different experience from one side of the store to the other.
