BEST DENTIST EVER! Both my son (who's on the spectrum) and I had the most amazing first visit to this dentist. It is not easy to find respectful care for either my son or I, unfortunately , so I am deeply grateful. Crystal, the hygienist, was incredible, as was Dr Frank. The receptionist is so loving and accommodating. If you're a nervous dental patient (who isn't?!) This is the place for you for sure. I couldn't recommend them higher, and it is such a relief that I finally feel like my son and I are in good hands. ???--Victoria
I had the best experience today at River Road Family Dental! For the first time ever at a dental appointment, I actually fell asleep — and my Oura ring even tracked it! I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, but Dr. Nathan was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly gentle, patient, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I can’t recommend this clinic enough if you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits. Truly the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had at the dentist!
The staff are friendly, courteous, empathetic, and very professional. I have always been terrified with dentist's. Dr. Nathan is so nice and he tells me what has to be done as he is working on the procedure. My fear level has lessened exponentially since visiting this office, so much so, that I allow Dr. Nathan to work on my teeth without freezing.. that in itself, says alot about my experiences.. thank you in advance for all you have done for me.. For being so friendly and professional..
The staff at River Road Dental are the best I've ever dealt with. The office staff went above and beyond, the dentist was outstanding, and his assistant made the whole experience absolutely enjoyable! Thank you all so much!
Came in for a filling and was so impressed! Angela, the assistant was warm and calming, and Dr. Nathan McLellan did a great job—quick, gentle, and painless. They make dental work feel easy. Highly recommend!
We are new to the area and consider it a lucky break to have found this dental office. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, highly professional and accommodating. As someone who is borderline terrified of dentistry due to the 10 years of horrific childhood trama I experienced every 6 months 60 years ago, everyone I interacted with here had gained my trust within moments of meeting them. I never thought I would say this but I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.
