Great location with tons of parking. Clean store with a wide selection and the most gracious and helpful staff you could hope to interact with in retail .
So disappointed with this location of Mark's. Bought Wind River boots a year ago, the right one fell apart completely, unwearable, after one season! The Clerk went in back to speak with the Manager who never even came out to meet me but told the Clerk to tell me they have been discontinued and "there is nothing we will do for you at store level" no further suggestions, no credit, nothing. I told the Clerk I was so disappointed after giving them so much business over the past 10 years. Especially uoset the Manager didnt even see me face to face. I will never shop there again. I left the boots on the cashier counter and walked out.
Located inside/ beside canadian tire. Good casual clothing selection for adults, usually have some sort of sale going on. Not as much work wear as you would hope for. Only 3 styles of women's "work shoes" ( steel toe) and only 1 style appealed to me which didn't give me much option. I would go for a men's style but the sizes are too big for me as they typically start at men's 8 (womens 10) .
There sign is on and says open, as well as saying open online but they have a paper sign saying they closed at 1:30 in the door. If you are going to close early update your hours online and turn off your sign do more than just posting a single white piece of paper in your door. Wasting time and gas driving to a store that’s closed, in the age of technology we live in is ridiculous and shouldn’t happen.
Marks is well laid out, and it's a great ad on to the sister store next door. Check out the great clearence section. Marks has become a brand of substance in the Canadian Market. Way to go.
There was an employee at the entrance with a face mask and I, wearing mine, she welcomed me in to the store. I had a return to make and decided to check out the clearance racks and got a few more deals. It was not crowded at all and people were respectful of distancing.
Drove all the way to wasaga beach to purchase new work boots. Website says it’s open.....sign on the door says closed until further notice. If I could give zero stars I would.
